Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care
Salary: $125,000 $150,000 + Incentive Structure

Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a skilled, compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established Urgent Care practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide full-scope outpatient acute care in a fast-paced, supportive environment without corporate red tape or production quotas.

What You ll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for patients of all ages with acute and urgent conditions
- Perform procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, abscess drainage, and wound care
- Interpret X-rays, ECGs, and point-of-care labs
- Coordinate care and hospital transfers when appropriate
- Ensure accurate and timely charting in the EHR
- Participate in team meetings and quality initiatives
What We re Looking For
- Current, unrestricted APRN license (Wyoming or ability to obtain)
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- 1+ year of urgent care, emergency, or primary care experience preferred (new graduates considered)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage moderate-to-high acuity cases independently
