What You ll Do: - Assist urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating conditions
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment and care plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Support urologic surgeries and office procedures
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatments
- Manage post-operative and follow-up care
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Support clinic operations alongside clinical staff
What You Need: - Active Vermont Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in urology or related field
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
