Saint Louis University School of Medicine and SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital are seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Allergist/Immunologist to join and expand a dynamic and collaborative division.

Clinical Excellence & Specialized Care

Our division provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of allergic and immunologic conditions, including:

  • Asthma
  • Food allergies
  • Allergic rhinitis & conjunctivitis
  • Atopic dermatitis
  • Eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders (including EoE)
  • Drug allergy
  • Urticaria, angioedema, and anaphylaxis
  • Mast cell disorders
  • Primary immunodeficiencies / inborn errors of immunity

Our faculty are nationally recognized experts who actively contribute to clinical guidelines and advance care standards in allergy and immunology.

Academic & Teaching Opportunities

  • Engage in robust teaching with medical students, residents, and fellows

  • Collaborate within an ACGME-accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship program

Our fellowship program offers integrated Pediatric and Internal Medicine training with strong exposure to clinical, translational, and basic science research.

Advanced Programs & Collaborative Care

  • Designated referral center for the Jeffrey Modell Foundation (JMF) and Immunodeficiency Foundation (IDF)
  • Active collaboration with Bone Marrow & Stem Cell Transplant teams
  • Expertise in complex conditions such as Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID) and Very Early Onset IBD (VEO-IBD)

Qualifications

  • M.D. (or equivalent)
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Allergy & Immunology
  • Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship

Preferred:

  • Experience in primary immunodeficiency care
  • Oral immunotherapy experience
