What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient Urology care in a busy clinic setting
- Perform core urological procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate, ureteroscopy, and minor surgeries
- Support patient care across a diverse population aged 18 and older
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Support occasional pediatric cases or emergencies as needed
- Document patient interactions using EPIC EMR system
- Support robotic surgery procedures if applicable, with access to 16 operating rooms at affiliated hospitals
- Manage routine office visits, cysto/stent procedures, and minor surgeries
What You Need
- Valid PA medical license or IMLC qualification
- Board-certified or eligible in Urology
- DEA registration
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Urology
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
About the Assignment
Join a respected facility in York, Pennsylvania, offering a blend of outpatient and minor surgical procedures. Enjoy a supportive team environment with four medical assistants, one clinical staff member, and one RN. The practice includes robotic surgery support and access to a fully equipped clinic with Cyctiscope, ultrasound towers, and injection tools. The position involves managing a steady patient flow of 24-28 patients daily, with some support needed for rare pediatric cases.
