Job Description OB/GYN Opportunity - Poplar Bluff, Missouri 
Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, a state-of-the-art 410-bed facility, is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYNs to join and expand an established FQHC-affiliated practice serving a regional population of 100,000.

- Opportunity to help build and shape a team of 3-4 OB/GYNs
- Current shared call is 1:3, with plans to expand the team for additional coverage and flexibility
- Flexible practice model with focus on work/life balance
- Mix of clinic, surgery, and deliveries (50/50 split)
- Dedicated clinic space in a newly expanded medical office building
- Ability to build your own patient panel
- Primary volume supported by a highly productive, experienced OB/GYN
- Additional support from:
- Affiliated providers within Missouri Highlands
- Nurse Midwife
- Locums coverage (supplemental)
- Collaborative, non-territorial environment with cross-coverage as needed
- 1,100 deliveries annually (2-3 per day)
- Separate Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and nursery units
- Private OB rooms
- Well-baby nursery (no NICU; capable of managing 35-week healthy infants)
- Robotics available
- Telehealth access to Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
- Pediatric Hospitalists provide nursery coverage
