Pay & Benefits: - Pay package: Competitive hourly rate (see below)

What You ll Do: - Provide advanced neonatal critical care in a busy NICU environment
- Monitor and manage critically ill neonates and infants
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide family support and educate families on neonatal care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings
What You Need: - Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
- Neonatal or critical care certification preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years NICU or acute care experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
