Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75

This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Patients per day: 20-25

Practice Setting: Clinic

Scope: Urgent Care

State Licensure: Oregon state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified.

Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
