What You ll Do:
  • Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care in collaboration with hematologists/oncologists.
  • Manage patients with solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
  • Support patient treatment plans, including Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy.
  • Use Epic EMR system for documentation and coordinated care.
  • Communicate with infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support inpatient collaboration as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
What You Need:
Required:
  • Minnesota RN license or Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board certification as Advanced Practice Provider (APP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hematology/oncology
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Preferred:
  • Experience with Epic EMR
  • Knowledge of outpatient oncology procedures
  • Ability to manage complex patient cases
