What You ll Do:
  • Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU environment monitoring 1,400-1,500 neonatal admissions annually.
  • Manage care for critically ill and premature infants, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and neonatal research nurses.
  • Support stabilization, treatment planning, and continuous intensive care for complex neonatal cases.
  • Engage in evidence-based, individualized patient care.
  • Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work flexible 24-hour shifts, supporting a dynamic, high-volume NICU.
  • Mentor and support new nurses and practitioners, fostering a collaborative team environment.

What You Need:
  • Current Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification.
  • Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred but not required new graduates welcome.
  • Excellent clinical skills, compassionate approach, and ability to work in a high-acuity environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
