Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule options include 5x8 or 4x10.
• Shift hours may be 7-6 or 7-7 Monday through Friday.
• Flexible scheduling is available based on department needs.
• Average caseload is 60-65 patients per week, depending on schedule.
• Patients are supported by a tech for most visits.
• Follow-up visits are scheduled for 30 minutes.
• Evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes.
• EMR: Prompt.
