Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required
• Experience with Home Care Home Base required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F
• Expected mileage varies, with around 25 miles per day
• Productivity expectation: 30 per week for registered therapists
• Orientation: 5 days
