- Specialty Backup Available: MDs available for backup/assistance

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Minnesota license
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience
- Other Qualifications: Comfortable with unsupervised practice model; strong OB background with VBAC/TOLAC experience; proficiency in pediatric and ENT anesthesia
- Float between Owatonna and Faribault facilities (20 minutes apart)
- Provide anesthesia care for general surgical and obstetric cases, including VBAC/TOLAC
- Perform epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks
- Participate in rotated call, covering weeknight and weekend beeper call with 30 minute response time
- Work independently in an unsupervised care model at Faribault and collaboratively with MDs at Owatonna
