JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC Certified
- Licenses: Active Oregon medical license
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: BLS
- Other Qualifications: Comfortable with NICU airway evaluation; Proficiency with Epic EMR; Must be willing to obtain privileges at Providence Newberg Medical Center (call only) and Providence St. Vincent (clinic and call)
- Provide comprehensive pediatric otolaryngology care in clinic (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and surgical center (Thu)
- Manage inpatient and outpatient consultations, follow-ups, and surgical cases
- Take beeper call for emergency department and established patient calls via mobile app during nights and weekends
- Perform NICU airway evaluations as required
- Document all encounters in the Epic EMR system
