Northwest Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative, hospital-employed team in La Porte, Indiana. Position Highlights
- Full-time
- 50/50 OB/GYN practice mix
- 3 clinic days + 2 OR days per week
- Patient volume: 20-30 per day
- Annual deliveries: 600
- Dedicated C-section ORs located on OB floor
- Guaranteed block OR time
- EMR: Cerner
Call Structure
- 1:3 call rotation (weekends and overall coverage)
- Supported by 3 CNMs covering their own patient panels
- Average of 11-12 deliveries per week
- Post-call: 1 administrative day off
- Additional compensation provided for call
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
- Robotics training preferred (training available for interested candidates)
- Open to new graduates and early-career physicians
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary w/RVU based bonus structure
