Position Highlights
Every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday. Potential for evening and overnight involvement.
Job Duties:
The Home Health Aide assists the Registered Nurse in providing care to patients by assisting with personal care and some homemaking.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. One to three months experience in home health preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must complete and maintain certification and training requirements as established by the Minnesota Department of Health for Home Health Aides which includes remaining active on the Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant Registry. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. Trained Medication Aide preferred or must obtain within 6 months of date of hire.
Part Time - 18 hours per week position
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $31.00 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
