Job Description:
The Anna Jaques Hospital Registered Nurse is an active participant in the health care team who provides direct and indirect care to patients/ families/ significant others, utilizing the components of the nursing process in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, value and mission behaviors of the of the patient care division.
Our cardiac catheterization/ interventional radiology lab performs diagnostic cardiac cath procedures, peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, along with pacemaker, ICD implants, EP studies with ablation. The Interventional Radiology procedures include but are not limited to biopsies, port implants, drain placements, kyphoplasty, mechanical thrombectomy.
Our team is made up of experienced and passionate Registered Nurses and Radiologic Technologists, who collaborate to deliver high-quality care. We currently work eight-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Monday through Friday.
As a Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology team member, you take the lead—prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating patient care throughout procedures. You are autonomous in your practice and thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
You’ll work side-by-side with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure each patient receives safe, efficient, and compassionate care. You’ll monitor patients, circulate during procedures, and provide moderate sedation.
We care for individuals with cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease, as well patients requiring diagnostic and therapeutic procedures requiring multimodality imaging to include CT Scan guided procedures, ultrasound, and Fluoroscopy.

Requirements:
Active Massachusetts Nursing License
BLS
ACLS
Preferred:
2+ years of nursing experience
Current or recent critical care/ICU and ER experience
Any cath lab experience
Pay Range:
$36.93 - $80.96This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Anna Jaques Hospital is a 123 bed community hospital serving 17 cities and towns in the Merrimack Valley . The hospital offers a wide range of acute care services to meet the needs of our growing patient population including inpatient and outpatient surgery in fully digitized computerized operating room suites, cardiology including echocardiography and a cardiac cath lab, comprehensive cancer services, orthopedics, nuclear medicine, laboratory, noninvasive vascular lab, joint replacement program and birth center.
Programs include the number one wound center in the nation, a primary stroke service, and Level III Trauma Center . Diagnostic imaging services for patients include MRI, CT, PET, and the PACS digital x-ray system. In addition, we are one of only three healthcare communities to be selected for the pilot Massachusetts e-Health Collaborative. Due to the dedication of our physicians, we are one of the first communities in Massachusetts to implement electronic health records, system-wide, for the safety of our patients.

The hospitals Non Invasive Vascular laboratory was accredited by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL).
For the second year in a row, the American Association for Respiratory Care awarded the hospital its Quality Respiratory Care Recognition. The hospital had no ventilator acquired pneumonia cases during the last year.
The Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Center is the only such center to receive full accreditation from the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) in Massachusetts .
