Surgery - Thoracic Physician

All-Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a CVTS NP/PA Locum Provider.

• Setting: Operating Room only (First Assist)
• Schedule: OR coverage with call for OR cases only (no clinic/office work). Call-back required as needed.
• Patient Volume:
  • Outpatient: 10 per day
  • Inpatient: 5-8 per day
• Key Skill Required: Vein harvesting
• EMR: EPIC

• First assist in cardiovascular/thoracic surgery
• Perform vein harvesting
• Conduct pre-operative physical exams
• Provide inpatient rounding
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Write prescriptions
• Perform suture removal

• Active Indiana (IN) license at time of submission
• Certification Requirements:
  • NCCPA (for PAs)
  • AANP (for NPs)
• Maquet vein harvesting experience
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Self-Query NPDB report (must be dated within 30 days of presentation)
