Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Cardiology
Job Details:
- Outpatient clinic coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Cardiology experience is required
- Active Georgia DEA is required
- Active Georgia medical license required
- Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- 14 patient encounters per shift
- Required to read EKGs and Holter Monitors
- Outpatient clinic only - no inpatient responsibilities required
- Inpatient cardiology experience preferred
- Non-invasive cardiology experience preferred, including Echocardiography, TEE, Nuclear Cardiology, and STEMI
- Epic EMR system utilized - training occurs every other week from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Epic training can only be completed after credentialing and must be finished before the provider can begin seeing patients
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is 30 days
- Coverage may be required across multiple clinic locations in the greater Atlanta area
