Our Senior and Residential Care program
(SR Care) needs an ARNP with a passion to care for the elderly/senior population to provide primary care services to SR Care clients at participating Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Family Homes in the Yakima and surrounding communities.


SENIOR & RESIDENTIAL CARE PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

  • Work Environment: We have 22 contracted ALFs and AFHs. Each Nurse Practitioner is assigned the same 4-5 facilities for consistency to the clients/residents.
  • Expected Volume: Seeing a minimum of 14 patients assigned per day, typically at 1 facility per day.
  • Call: 1:5 triage only call. Shared with 5 other ARNPs. Additional incentive for taking call.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

  • Base Salary: $122,500-$132,500 DOE. Additional financial add-ons include an engagement incentive, $1,000 per call week, and RVU quarterly production bonuses. (2025 bonus ranges were between $20,000-$65,500 for the year)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ARNP, MSN. Preference for FNP or AGNP certification.
  • Current, unrestricted RN license.
  • WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
  • DEA certificate.
  • Prefer experienced ARNP with senior/elderly care.
  • Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.
