- Malpractice insurance: Provided for all W-2 employees
- Provide advanced urology care to adults and pediatrics
- Manage common and complex urological conditions using robot-assisted and minimally invasive approaches
- Perform office-based procedures including cystoscopy (male/female), vasectomy (under local), bladder/prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid, and Botox injections
- Participate in surgical coverage across the main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center
- Contribute to practice operations with autonomy and input on schedule, volumes, and clinic workflow
- Work within a collegial environment with strong subspecialty support and available mentorship
- Maintain patient-centered care with time built around patients who value the provider relationship
Required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Ability to work full-time with collaboration across clinic and operating room schedules
Preferred
- Experience level varies; residents, new grads, and experienced physicians are all being considered
