Mon-Fri 8am to 5 pm
NO CALL and closed on all major holidays
MUST HAVE AL STATE LICENSE
This is for outpatient services only. No gas, no surgery
Will perform alignments, full mouth extractions, and dentures
Clinical supporting staff will be onsite as well
Rural area. 45 minutes from Birmingham and Huntsville Alabama
