ATC West Healthcare is seeking an experienced Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a high-acuity Level IV NICU program in Savannah, Georgia. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a large regional referral center with advanced neonatal resources, strong multidisciplinary collaboration, and active involvement in academic teaching and resident education. Providers will join a well-established neonatal team delivering comprehensive care to critically ill and premature newborns in a supportive and physician-focused environment.

- Organized call rotation with collaborative team coverage
- Requires residence within the immediate Savannah area; relocation may be necessary

Job Details / Responsibilities
- Provide neonatal intensive care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
- Manage high-acuity neonatal and premature infant cases
- Deliver evidence-based care for critically ill newborns
- Participate in continuous in-house coverage with neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
- Collaborate with:
- 9 neonatologists
- 8 experienced NNPs
- Pediatric subspecialists across multiple disciplines
- Support and supervise resident rotations within the NICU
- Participate in daily rounding responsibilities
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Provide compassionate, family-centered communication and care
- Work within a large healthcare network offering strong clinical and operational support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Active Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain
- Experienced Neonatologist candidates only
- Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred
- DEA required prior to start date
- NPDB Self-Query report within 30 days required at presentation
- Must specify whether visa support is required (J1/H1B), though visa candidates are not being accepted
