Opportunity Highlights Practice Setting:- 100% outpatient practice
- Established hospitalist program in place no inpatient responsibilities for primary care physicians
Work-Life Balance:- Monday Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays required
- Typical schedule: 4.5 days per week (36 patient hours + 4 admin hours)
- Option for a 4-day work week depending on practice site
- Standard clinic hours:
- Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Call Structure:- Shared call with primary care colleagues (phone-only)
Patient Volume:- Efficient scheduling model (15/30-minute visits) with flexibility for complex patients
Support & Practice Environment - Dedicated Medical Assistant for each physician
- Additional clinic support including clerical staff, leadership, and care management (expanding)
- Patient-Centered Medical Home model at many sites
Technology & Efficiency:- EPIC EMR with strong onboarding and ongoing support
- AI-assisted documentation tools (DeepScribe) widely implemented
- Seamless care coordination with real-time notifications of hospital admissions and ER visits
