We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join a busy, high-acuity emergency department in Michigan City, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with strong clinical support, modern resources, and a diverse patient population.

Position Highlights

• Level III Trauma Center
• Annual ED Volume: Approximately 50,000 visits
• 33-bed Emergency Department
• 3 dedicated trauma bays
• Coverage Model:
  • 37 physician hours daily
  • 36 APP hours daily
• Scribe support available
• Specialty care rooms including ENT, GYN, Orthopedic, and additional focused treatment spaces
• EMR: Epic
• July start available

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
  • Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
• New graduates welcome if ABEM eligible/certified
• FM/IM candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in a 30,000+ annual visit emergency department
• Current BLS certification required
