We are seeking a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join a well-established multispecialty clinical environment in Victorville, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with academic involvement and strong organizational support.
Position Highlights- Employed physician role within a multispecialty practice environment
- 50% Pulmonary / 50% Critical Care practice mix
- Combined inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Monday"Friday schedule, 8:00 AM " 5:00 PM
- 1"2 weekends per month
- Open ICU model with 18 ICU beds
- Average daily volume: 15"20 inpatient patients and 12"15 outpatient visits
- Academic opportunity with Internal Medicine Residency and medical students (U.S. and international)
- Base salary starting at $350,000 (negotiable)
- Productivity bonus based on collections
