Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Job Description

We are s eeking an experienced and collaborative physician leader to serve as Program Director for an established Family Medicine Residency Program in good standing. This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician-educator who values mentorship, accessibility, and resident engagement within a supportive, collegial training environment.

Program Overview

  • Established Family Medicine residency program with strong institutional support

  • Open-door leadership model with the Program Director embedded in the clinic

Clinical & Administrative Structure

  • Standard weekday schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Balanced role with approximately:
    • 1/3 continuity clinic
    • 1/3 precepting and clinic support
    • 1/3 administrative and leadership responsibilities
  • Inpatient service approximately every 6th week , with manageable call structure and strong resident support

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years as core faculty
  • At least 3 years of GME educational or administrative experience
  • Demonstrated excellence as a clinician, educator, and mentor

Preferred:

  • Prior Associate Program Director experience
  • OB experience welcomed
  • Interest in research supported but not required
