As the Clinic Medical Director at Mirasol Family Health Center, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel.
Who we are looking for:
- A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine
- An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel
Position Details:
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 7:00 PM
Position Highlights:
- New Hire Guarantee: $237,948 + annual CMD stipend
- Hiring Bonus of $22,500

Qualifications:
You must complete an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program to be considered for this position.
