What You ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature neonates in a Level IV NICU
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and other advanced practice providers to deliver patient-centered care
- Participate in multidisciplinary neonatal care planning and daily rounds
- Support family-centered neonatal care initiatives and compassionate communication
- Work alongside pediatric subspecialists across multiple disciplines
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital and regulatory standards
- Contribute to an academic/collaborative environment with resident rotations through the NICU
