What You ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature neonates in a Level IV NICU
  • Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and other advanced practice providers to deliver patient-centered care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary neonatal care planning and daily rounds
  • Support family-centered neonatal care initiatives and compassionate communication
  • Work alongside pediatric subspecialists across multiple disciplines
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to an academic/collaborative environment with resident rotations through the NICU
