- Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU (10-bed)
- Manage and support high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
- Support daily coverage for a newborn nursery unit (20-bed)
- Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary hospital team
- Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
- Participate in a structured shift schedule, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
