Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50/hour
  • Overtime: Paid at 1.5x normal rate after scheduled hours; OT shifts can be canceled without guarantee
  • Holiday Pay: 1.5x pay for holidays (New Year s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
  • Weekly Pay Schedule: Via Direct Deposit
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
  • Additional Reimbursements: Licensure, travel, and other applicable expenses paid or reimbursed

What You ll Do
  • Provide anesthesia care for diverse patient populations across multiple specialties, including general, ortho, GYN, ENT, vascular, thoracic, neuro, trauma, and more.
  • Cover approximately 4-5 shifts per month at Moses Cone and other facilities, with cross-float responsibilities.
  • Utilize advanced anesthesia equipment such as Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety during procedures.
  • Manage cases involving both adult and pediatric patients.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant protocols and standards.

What You Need
  • Active North Carolina State license
  • Board Certification as a CRNA
  • Minimum 1 2 years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
  • Current ACLS and PALS certification
  • Willing to license via Compact license (no new licensing required)
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment
