Locum Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician needed in New Hampshire.
Credentialing: 90 days but can expidite
Start: 4/1/26
End: 9/30/26
Schedule: M-F 8A-5P
Patient Volume: 16-20 ppd
Procedures: High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
Chronic Disease Management
36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin built into schedule
EMR: Meditech Expanse, Dragon Dictation
License: NH license, IMLC
Certifications: BC, BE
Provider MUST have exp in practice in outpatient primary care setting.
Staff: Supported by an RN Team Leader and Designated MA
