- Enjoy 34 hours of meaningful patient contact each week, complemented by 6 dedicated hours for administrative tasks.
- Work alongside a full Patient-Centered Medical Home team, including clinical pharmacists, behavioral health clinicians, care managers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and medical assistants-ensuring collaborative, high-quality care.
