- Care Setting: Inpatient and Telehealth
- Shift Details: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, Clinic hours: 8 AM - 4 PMKey Requirements
- Licensure: Active IA License or Active IMLC
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Fellowship Trained in Hematology Oncology
- Experience Required: Must be experienced
