Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level 2 trauma center.
Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (90 days) for one year with the option to extend. The schedule is 4x10's between Monday-Friday with a rotating day off. Shifts are from 7 am - 5 pm. Full-time providers needed. No weekends and no call needed for this position.
Case Mix: General (23.2%), GI (24.9%), Ortho (16%), Gyn (9.2%), Urology (6%), Cardiology (7.5%), ENT (1.5%), Neuro/Spine (3.15%)
Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
# of OR's: 10
Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
Active TX License: Required upon submission
Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS
