• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) - day shifts, no call
• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Dates: Aug 5, Sept 9, Oct 21, Nov 25, Dec 9, Dec 23
• Credentialing Time Frame: 120 days
• Team Model: 1 MD / 2 CRNAs (collaborative perioperative team)
• Number of ORs: 2
• EMR System: EPIC (EPIC experience preferred)

• Board Certified Anesthesiologist (ABMS or AOA)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical anesthesiology experience
• Valid Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain (Indiana license preferred)
• Current AHA-issued certifications (BLS, ACLS as required)
• Recent case logs demonstrating experience with epidurals, spinals, and regional nerve blocks
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse case mix: Endoscopy, OB, GYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, and Podiatry (Podiatry on Wednesdays)
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and regional nerve blocks as required; maintain up-to-date procedural logs
• Collaborate with CRNAs and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and anesthesia coverage
• Document accurately and promptly in EPIC EMR to support clinical continuity and compliance
• Adhere to ASA guidelines, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols while delivering anesthesia care
