Locum tenens OB/GYN physician opportunity in Warren, OH - Level III Labor & Delivery, competitive weekly pay, 13-week contract. Join a dedicated team providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in Trumbull County, Ohio.

• Start Date: June 22, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
• Duration: 13 weeks (with potential extension)
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Physicians: 7a-7p; Midwives: 7p-7a)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $9,470 - $11,210
• On-Call: Physician call for midwife 7p-7a
• EMR: Epic

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Ohio medical license preferred, or willingness to obtain Ohio license (physician licensure)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (required)
• Self-query NPDB report (within 30 days of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in OB/GYN hospitalist, laborist, or obstetrics practice in a hospital setting

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in a busy Level III Labor & Delivery unit
• Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies, including antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care
• Perform obstetric procedures: vaginal delivery, assisted vaginal delivery (low forceps), C-section decision-making and operative support
• Care for complicated deliveries (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions), VBACs, and repair of 3rd/4th degree perineal lacerations
• Perform minor and surgical gynecologic procedures (diagnostic laparoscopy/minor, tubal ligation, LOAs, chromal tubation, open surgical gynecology as required)
• Collaborate closely with midwives, registered nurses, anesthesiology, neonatal team, and consulting OB/GYNs to ensure high-quality maternal and fetal outcomes
• Provide emergency room coverage for unassigned GYN cases and support obstetric emergencies as needed
• Document care thoroughly in Epic EMR and participate in interdisciplinary rounds and quality improvement initiatives
