• Clinical Shift Schedule: TBD; Days

• On-Call Shift Schedule: TBD

• Call Type: Home Call

• Call Ratio: Shared among 3 Neonatologists



PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Premature, critically ill newborns, $ newborn nursery patients

• Patient Volume: Approx. 1,000 annual births

• Admissions: Yes

• Rounding included: Yes

• Phone Consults: As Needed

• Case Mix: NICU, newborn care, & neonatal stabilization

FACILITY INFORMATION

• Practice Setting: Level III NICU and Newborn Unit

• No of Beds: 10 (NICU); 20 (Newborn)

• Team Structure: 3 Neonatologist onsite

• Daily support from Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)

REQUIRED PROCEDURES/DUTIES

• Neonatal stabilization and resuscitation

• NICU admissions and management

• Care of critically ill and premature infants

• Newborn nursery management



JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Active GA License

• BC/BE

• DEA

• Clean Record (highly preferred)

• Must have neonatology experience

• Fellowship-Trained
