• Patient Demographics: 18+

• Support Staff: 2 APPs, 2 RN's & 5 Office Staff

• EMR: Epic

• Number of exam rooms: 4

• Required Procedures:

- Antineoplastics & oversee administration

- Phlebotomies

- IV IGg

- Iron therapy

- Bone marrow biopsies

- Medical imaging, lab & pharmacy

- Consults & follow up care

• Trauma Level: lll

• Other Info:

- Teaching opportunity

- No outreach & no telehealth

Requirements:

• Active IA License or IMLC

• BC

• Fellowship trained

• Clean NPDB Report
