Location: NE Pennsylvania, Luzerne County, Wilkes-Barre
Setting: Hospital / Inpatient

Dates Scheduled:
- Friday 10/28, 7a - Monday 10/31, 7a On-Call
- Wednesday 11/23, 7a - Tuesday 11/29 7a On-Call
Temporary Privileges Available
Coverage: Clinical Hours,Rounding, Call (Beeper); Must do admits; Supervision of Residents
Note: Coverage is at 2 different sites, 22 miles apart
Credentialing Timeframe: 7 Days
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted PA license
- Board Eligible minimum in Urology
- Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or unresolved cases)
- Certifications: ABLS, BLS
Skills: General Urology; Adult and Pediatric
Support available: 1 RN, 1 MA
EMR: Cerner-Hospital / Athena-Clinic
Volume: 10 patients per shift
