Guaranteed Hours: 8 - OT to apply after 8 hours per day We are looking for one provider to cover 3 days a week of clinic. Clinic would be from 8am-5pm each day (lunch hour in there). Provider is on leave so we will need coverage for 3-6 months.
This will be clinic only coverage, no call. 60 minutes for new appointments approx. 30 minutes for follow up appointments approx. Scope of work includes: • Cancer and high risk for cancer focused • Pre and post test genetic counseling • Tumor based genetic screening programs • High risk patient management • Support for prevention and precision oncology initiatives Patient population is adults only.
No procedures There will be no other Genetic Counselors covering at this time. Volume Last 12 months: • 288 new patients • 509 total visits
REQUIREMENTS: Active OR license and OR DEA (they won't be prescribing so this could be more preferred than required) Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 3-5 years of residency) BLS certification
