Locums Pulmonologist needed in Central Michigan
Location: Midland, Michigan
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing, 3 months minimum commitment
Coverage: Monday-Thursday 8a - 5p & Friday 8a - Noon, No Call
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted MI license
- Clean DEA, Cs3 & NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases)
- BE/BC Pulmonologist
- 3 Professional References that have worked with provider within 18 months
- 12 patient Logs within 6 months minimum
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Diagnostic Bronchoscopies preferred (not required)
Support available: APP, RN, MA
Rate: Give me your best rate and I will negotiate it with the Client
Volume: 15 patients/day
Travel & Lodging provided
Malpractice Insurance provided
