Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Willingness to float to a sister skilled nursing location as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care.
  • Familiarity with documentation systems used in long-term and skilled nursing care.


Assignment Details

  • Work days: Tuesday through Saturday.
  • May float to a sister location in the same region as required.
