Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Client requires availability to work Monday through Friday and willingness to work a 35-hour weekly schedule as outlined by the facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• Candidate may be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
