Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist supporting a hospital setting in Bala Cynwyd, PA. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in hospital settings preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with acute care patient caseloads and discharge planning preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 0830-1700.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8.5.

Document clinical progress and communicate with physicians, nurses, and case management to optimize patient outcomes.
