Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Indiana state PT license required to start the assignment.
  • CPR/BLS certification required (AHA or ARC acceptable).
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience. Client preference for outpatient orthopedics experience.
  • Experience with outpatient settings, orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, balance and pain management preferred.
  • Experience using Epic EMR preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to float between outpatient locations to meet patient demand.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous outpatient orthopedic caseload experience.
  • Proficiency with treatment modalities and equipment such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and LiteGait.
  • Team-oriented and flexible work style.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 07:45–16:15.
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
  • Float requirement: may float between outpatient locations to meet patient demand.
  • Patient ratio: 1:1 treatment sessions.

Impacting Patient Care

Join as a travel Physical Therapist and provide skilled outpatient services for orthopedic, neurological, and general debility patients. You will support individualized, 1:1 treatment sessions using standard modalities and equipment. Training on facility-specific CBTs and Epic EMR will be provided upon arrival. Report to the outpatient therapy MOB building entrance for first-day instructions.
