What You ll Do: - Support outpatient hematology and oncology care for a diverse patient population of all ages
- Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services
- Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
- Monitor patient safety during therapy and provide supportive care services
- Document and coordinate care using EPIC EMR in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Assist with patient education and care coordination to promote positive outcomes
- Support a team-oriented approach in a hospital setting with inpatient collaboration as needed
What You Need: - Minnesota license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of EPIC EMR is a plus
