What You ll Do:
  • Support outpatient hematology and oncology care for a diverse patient population of all ages
  • Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services
  • Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
  • Monitor patient safety during therapy and provide supportive care services
  • Document and coordinate care using EPIC EMR in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Assist with patient education and care coordination to promote positive outcomes
  • Support a team-oriented approach in a hospital setting with inpatient collaboration as needed

What You Need:
  • Minnesota license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
  • Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of EPIC EMR is a plus

This outpatient-focused hematology and oncology practice is part of a hospital with 686 beds, offering comprehensive cancer care and supportive services, including clinical trials, palliative care, genetic counseling, and rehabilitation. The practice provides a full spectrum of care with onsite infusion, laboratory, radiology services, and multidisciplinary support staff, all dedicated to improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
