What You ll Do: - Assist neurosurgeons during preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Support surgical teams in the operating room with neurosurgical procedures
- Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and update medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families about procedures and recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety, and documentation standards
What You Need: - Valid Physician Assistant license in California
- Minimum of specify years years of experience in neurosurgery or a surgical setting
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
