We re seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient role in Northern California (Santa Rosa area) serving an underserved community with a strong mission-driven focus.
This is a low-volume, well-supported environment where you can focus on quality care especially for adult and geriatric patients with chronic conditions, any state license can apply.
Position Highlights:
- $150/hour
- Monday Friday 8am 5pm
- patients per day
- Fully integrated clinic (medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, specialty care)
- Epic EMR with full support staff (MA, RN, admin)
- Travel & housing fully covered
- Option to extend or transition to permanent
- ANY active state license
Clinical Focus:
- Adult & geriatric primary care
- Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, complex conditions)
- Preventative care & wellness

Requirements:
