Patient ages: 2 plus (per order details)

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted license in Rhode Island as an FNP, PA, or MD or DO (per order details)

National certification as an FNP or board certification as a PA (per order details)

DEA registration (per order details)

DOT certificate required (per order details)

Ability to work autonomously in the state without a supervising physician requirement (per order details)

Strong HIPAA and confidentiality standards (per order details)

Primary care experience: 2 plus years preferred (per order details)

Clinic Responsibilities

Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate (per order details)

Patient education and long term wellness coaching (per order details)

Collaborate with clinical teammates and contribute to a positive clinic culture (per order details)
