Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If clinician has questions, please email the AM.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: - 1 previous assignment or 1 month per-diem required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Trauma, pulmonary function testing.
Required Credentials: - For DC locations – You must have DC license in hand, but certain units accept pending (see JD). MedStar will usually accept a later booking date if you have applied for DC licensure. - For MD locations – You must have compact license or MD license.
Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Respiratory services include ventilator management, high flow therapy, BiPAP, aerosol treatments, and chest physical therapy.
Shift & Scheduling: - 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts, 1900-0730. - Every other weekend. - No call.
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification RRT
